As if getting a wonderful print of Dragonnova's "Got it on Ebay" drawing wasn't enough ... THIS wonderful, wonderful sketch showed up as part of a Christmas giftie from her. I was not expecting it, and I was absolutely, completely floored by it. I just adore it so, so much. I love Dragonnova's art in all of its forms. I'm such a huge, huge fan of hers, and to have another original sketch is jsut ... wow. I can't even explain how mind-blowing this is for me. I love how the sketch is so much different from the print. There are so many little details that really pop on the sketch that aren't as easily seen in the print. I love the sketchy lines used for shading in the gloves and shadows. I love the way there is just the barest suggestion of a background behind the characters. And, of course, I adore the expressions on their faces. Just like with the print, this one is much loved and quite a prize. Love, love, love, loooooove!!!!!!
